This project integrates generative artificial intelligence techniques, including diffusion models, with large language model-based multi-agent mechanisms to develop a participatory urban regeneration framework that facilitates public interaction and multi-stakeholder engagement. Taking the area surrounding the initial development zone of Shanghai Wusong Innovation City as a case study, the framework incorporates urban spatial morphology, behavioral activity patterns, and urban heat island indicators into the early formulation of urban design guidelines, with the aim of achieving a participatory, efficient, and responsive pathway to urban regeneration.
